Rainy Monday

The kids woke up very early today. Shannon asked if we could go to the park. I told her it was raining out and we would get wet. She asked me how people go to work in the rain. I told her that they wear hats and coats to keep dry, 20 minutes later Shannon and Brady come out of the bedroom with these hats on and wanted to know when we could leave for the park !!!!!!
I guess any old Easter Basket will do.....

Here's Shan-Shan !!!!!

She told me she was Shan-Shan..the NEW TELETUBBIE !!!!! She keeps checking to see if her tummy lights up like a TV. I can't stop laughing..Where did she come from??? I Love You Shannon.

A visit from the cousins today knocked them out....All Shaughnessy Tribe members were present at one point today..Thanks for the visit guys.. We Love You All....

New PJ's

There is nothing like a freshly bathed child and new PJ's. Shannon has been doing a very good job going in the big girl potty and Brady NO LONGER has a bottle.....I told them they could have a treat at Walmart today and they both picked Sponge Bob PJ's. I think I have the only 2 kids who HATE to take baths...Tonight they were more than willing.....Thanks to the Sponge Bob PJ's. Good Job Kids....

Big Boy Bed

Here he is all excited about his Big Boy Bed. He was climbing up and down off of it and he kept pointing to Shannon's bed and then his. I had a glimmer of hope that this might actually work and I will be child free in my bed for good !!!

Time 9 PM and all is GREAT!!!!!!

Time 3:55 am ...He is in our bed..... The first night went well. He woke up and got scared. He made his way into the kitchen and sat on the floor waiting for me. Within minutes he was sound asleep for the rest of the night.

We will have another go at it tonight......
